Shipping and returns
Our warehouse and production team is located at our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. We work hard to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible with a high attention to detail.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Our production team begins working on your order as soon as it is received. Standard online and wholesale orders typically leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 48 business hours and arrive within 7 business days. Expedited online and wholesale orders placed before 10am local time are processed the same day and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. Custom orders have longer lead times determined by the type of customization and are fulfilled as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
- We want you to love our product. If you change your mind about an online order you have 30 days from the date you order an item to return or exchange it. You may start that process HERE.
Can I Update my order?
Online and wholesale orders are sent to our production team as soon as the order is placed to ensure speedy fulfillment. If an order is marked as 'fulfilled' or 'shipped' we cannot cancel or modify your order and will have to follow our standard returns process. Custom order addresses may be updated up to a week before the shipping date. Please contact us as soon as possible.
HANDLE & CARE
How do I clean my hat?
We recommend spot cleaning and hand washing your hats. There are too many things that can go wrong in a dishwasher or washing machine
Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and decorated at our Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA
- Brims Activewear are designed in LA and made in China
- Brims Laidback Luxury are designed, sourced, and manufactured in LA
SIZING & FIT
Will the brim fit me?
Through extensive market research we determined that the flex-fit technology of our brims will fit 80% of people.
- It will be too large for about 10% of people and it will be too small for the other 10%
As we scale, we look forward to provide more size options for customers.
Still not sure if brim will fit?
No worries, we provide 100% refund on all orders when there is not an ideal fit
What if I’m bald?
It happens! Please write us an email with your order number and we will provide sunscreen to keep that dome protected
